1. If you are not DBS cleared at your club or A&C RFC, you cannot come in.

2. If players under the age of 18 need supervising, or coaches or managers need to carry out specific tasks, a minimum of two coaches who are in possession of a current DBS certificate may be granted access to the changing rooms.

3. DBS-checked coaches who need to enter the changing room for any reason should adopt the “Knock & Wait Policy” ensuring that the Team Captain confirms when it is appropriate to enter.

4. Only when absolutely necessary, due to poor behaviour, injury or illness, or in an emergency and when waiting for another adult could result in harm to a child, should a lone adult enter the changing area when in use by players under the age of 18.

5. Photography or filming of any kind is strictly forbidden.
