Chiltern travelled away to local rivals Drifters.
If the home performance was the best of the season it has to be said the away performance was the worst, bar Windsor.
In a low scoring game it was Drifters who struck first with a penalty to make the score 3-0.
Drifters then had a scrum 5 metres out from Chiltern's line about 20 minutes into the match and after a well executed backs move the Drifters centre crashed over to score. The conversion was missed
Chiltern had a penalty of their own and Phil John converted to make the half time score 8-3.
HT 8-3
In a frustrating second half only one penalty was scored by Drifters to make the final score 11-3.
FT 11-3
Credit to Drifters who deserved their victory and keep their impressive home record. A real opportunity missed for Chiltern.
Next week when Chiltern host Bicester at home.
