New Year try fest

Chiltern started the New Year with their best victory of the season.

They scored 6 tries in the first half; Jack Davidson opening the scoring with a brilliant dummy to score under the posts.
Further tries came from Jamie Moughton, Guy Aikenhead, James Hackney, Michael Brothers and Sam Litchfield.

Banbury had a real spell of dominance just before half time and managed to score two quick tries to keep them in the game.

HT 38-14

In the second half Chiltern added a further 7 tries and ran away with the win; fitness ultimately proving the difference.

The scorers were Sam Litchfield x2, Edd Hedley, Jonny Keen, Jack Davidson x2 and George WS.

A further 3 conversions were added from Jack Davidson.

FT 81-17

A great performance from the whole team and a real morale boosting victory to the New Year. Well done to Sam and Jack for both scoring hat tricks and to Will Dent for an overall outstanding performance.
