I hope you have all had an excellent half term break. We were down on numbers last Sunday and I'm sure all those away in exotic climes were jealously aware of the balmy weather we enjoyed. The local wildlife clearly thought that spring was on its way and we were treated to a very low flypast by a young swan, who then stayed around to keep on eye on Head Coach Rob's session management.

Welcome to our new players Oscar and Murray, hope you enjoyed your first taste of A&C rugby. Our session focussed on evasive running and we saw some excellent rugby skills on display. It was a touch choice but the coaches eventually opted for Harry, Rory and Henry as players of the week. Here they are looking characteristically chuffed with their medals.
