As I type this news update, I can just feel the sensation returning to my fingers after yesterday's bracing weather. Well done to everyone who made it and extra plaudits to those that lasted the distance. Coach Jennie had a very succinct description of the conditions - character building!

Regardless of the weather, we were treated to some excellent mini rugby; the boys and girls have obviously kept their enthusiasm up over the Christmas break. It was also good to see some great performances from our three new joiners. Welcome to William, Toby and Freddie.

The players of the week were George, Jacques & Toby. Well done to all three! Here's a picture of them looking forward to a nice hot bath. Strangely I can see shadows but don't remember the sun shining...
