The WINNER is...

...GRAYBURN Best Bitter.

Many thanks for everyone who suggested names. For those that don’t know about Jack Grayburn, he was a Chiltern RFC 1XV player in 1939, and was the officer in charge of 2nd Platoon, Parachute Regiment, which gallantly but desperately battled to hold Arnhem Bridge in 1944. He was killed on the bridge and posthumously awarded the Victoria Cross. For more information, click here

We have agreed with Rebellion to badge our own house bitter in the clubhouse. But we need a name.

Go to A&C’s Official Facebook page. Please Like it and make a Comment suggesting your name - the winner will receive three pints of the bitter and two free A&C car stickers.

Please note: Judge’s decision is final; there will be one winner only (if more than one person suggests the winner, it will be the first only); you cannot use “Chiltern” as there is a Chiltern brewery; suggestions can only be made as Facebook Comment.
