The Junior Section has made a good start to the season. Highlights include:

The U14s playing in the Herts/Middlesex pool for the second season.  The squad has made this decision as Bucks RFU doesn’t implement leagues until U15.   The six pools work like a league (although the results aren’t published) and provide regularly set fixtures against opposition of a similar standard.

The U14s have ten boys in the Bucks/Wasps DDP and eight in the Herts/Saracens.  Additionally, Will Standford, Luca Fahy and Oliver Webb have moved into the new England Pathway.

The U15s are playing in the Bucks league and Bucks Cup and have had two wins out of two against Buckingham and Chinnor.

The U16s in the Bucks Cup, having dispatched Marlow, have progressed to the semi-finals, away to Buckingham on 28th January.

The Colts (U17 and U18) have started well this season – the three matches played have been won convincingly. Five of the squad have represented the Senior sides, and the core of the group are committed to the club and regular training.

U18 National Cup and BBO League 1 campaigns kick-off next month – challenges ahead!
