I am sure that everyone enjoyed yesterday's away fixture with local rivals Tring RFC. As is customary, the rugby was played in excellent spirit and with considerable skill on both sides. We were also showed fine hospitality by our friends and neighbours for which we were most grateful.

It was a difficult choice for the coaches when deciding the players of the week but after much discussion, we landed on Matthew, Thomas, Sam & Edward. Well done for showing such great form in an away fixture!

Next weekend sees two important fixtures. The Six Nations starts properly when England play Scotland away on Saturday and we will be playing an away friendly at Saracens on the Sunday. Please note that this is at the Saracens Amateur club and NOT Allianz Park where we play the Oakman Cup (location details are in Pitchero). Rest assured that we will be scrutinizing the opposition salary bill before kick off to ensure there are no irregularities.
Please make sure that you update Pitchero with your child's availability. If you can only train at home please use the "not sure" option and if there is enough demand and coaching resource then we will try to run a home session.

You will be pleased to note that there will be no more reminders about the tour. We have set up a separate email group for this parents who have confirmed and we will be collecting deposits this week.
