Registration and Start Time
Registration time is from 9.45am (entry via gate B at Allianz Park) with the first games starting promptly at 10.30am. Please check your first game kick off time on after registering and allow suitable time to be ready for your first match.
Travelling by Car/Coach/Minibus

Rules & Regulations
The festival will be played in line with the NEW RULES OF PLAY.
We ask that each team is made up of mixed ability and there should be no ‘A’ or ‘B’ teams.
Each referee will manage the timings of their games and pitch. Once the games have started the referee’s decision is final. Replacements can be used at any time during each match. When replacements are used the referee must be informed
Game Duration
We will try to ensure that in line with RFU continuum you play as much game time as possible within your fixtures. Therefore, please note depending on the total number teams in your pool this will affect the duration of your games. Duration will vary to ensure all teams play a similar amount of rugby. We will structure the fixtures to ensure there are integrated suitable periods of rests as required between matches and the start times when released are the latest possible kick off times.
Squads
Under 7 – 6 Squad MembersUnder 9 -10 Squad Members
Under 8 – 8 Squad MembersUnder10 – 12 Squad Members
Oakman Cup has expanded rapidly over the last 5 years and we are pushing the limits of Allianz Park main pitch capacity to have all team equal amount of playing time for the day. Saracens staff will be drawing up fixtures and allocating pitches per age-group and if needs be, will use the overflow pitch behind the stadium to cater for matches. If the overflow pitch is used, matches for those age groups will be rotational making sure all teams/players are playing equal time on the main pitch.
Additionally, the size of the squads, we will also be limiting each club to enter 2 teams per age group. If you intend to bring more than the required player for squads, it will be up to the coach to play all kids on the day.

Pitch Access
Access to the pitch is strictly for coaches and players only. Teams will be provided with two wristbands, at the registration desk, for coaches to gain access to the pitch. Please ensure that these are visible at all times.

First Aid and Child Welfare
Promedicus Ambulance & Paramedic Service will be on site for the duration of the festival. Staff will be on site at all times and will provide suitably qualified referees for all the matches taking place. We ask that your players and parents bring appropriate clothing and equipment for the weather come wind, rain or shine. Changing rooms are not available but shelter is readily available between fixtures. We strongly suggest that teams come kitted up ready to play.

Food & Drinks
We recommended that you bring sufficient water and refreshments although food and drinks will be available to purchase on site at Allianz Park Stadium and the Beech Hut will be on site providing free food for participating children.

Responsibilities
Coaches and parents from each club will be held responsible in looking after their teams and must take into consideration all spectators and other club members.
