2 Teams Vs High Wycombe

A&C U13 fielded 2 mixed teams on Sunday Vs a strong High Wycombe squad, albeit lacking a few numbers.

The matches were played as two 20 minute periods with the Amersham teams swapping pitchers at half time. High Wycombe unfortunately only fielded 12 players per team and suffered a few injuries so continuity for Amersham was difficult, plus it proved tricky to roll the substitutions to afford all the players good playing time. That said the A&C players, after a slowish start, all demonstrated good tackling and ruck technique and and some nice wide backs play.

Of the 4 halves played A&C ran out winners of 3 out of the 4 and should be pleased with their overall play.

Next week 11/11/18 is Remembrance Day training with an away match on 18/11/18 against Old Albanians
