In what has been a highly frustrating season with fixtures consistently postponed and cancelled, Chiltern signed off in style with a 14 try win to secure the league and gain promotion.
There were 7 tries in the first half; Will Browne opened the scoring followed by captain Luke Donnebaum scoring two, Lee Morgan, Ryan Cole, Fraser Clark and Sam Litchfield.
At half time the bonus point victory was secured and Chiltern did well to stay focused and continue to apply pressure on High Wycombe.
HT 47-0
A further 7 tries came in the second half including two hat-tricks for both Luke Donnebaum and Scott Jarrold.
The other tries were scored by Jamie Fenton, Michael Brothers and Freeman.
Will Browne kicked superbly all day getting 12 out of 14 conversions.
FT 94-0
Credit to High Wycombe who kept fighting until the final whistle and best of luck to them next year.
Chiltern can look forward to next season in BBO2. Well done to everyone involved for a great season!
