Fullerians RFC - 27
Amersham and Chiltern RFC - 33
Half Time: 10 -17
Abbreviated report owing to technical difficulties and multi-tasking.
A traditional warm welcome and fond farewell from Fullerians as our Head Coach Rich Hoskins returned to New Field in the Cassiobury Estate with his Amersham and Chiltern side.
There was always going to be an edge to this game and we all enjoyed Chiltern’s flowing attacks and strong defense as they amassed 5 (five) tries whilst gifting an interception try and suffering ‘some say’ a dubious penalty try.
Our try scorers were Bojan Cecaric (just the two) and one was the winner - outstanding!
With Tom Fassett, also returning to his previous club, making a strong finish to a gorgeous running try under the posts.
Jack Kenyon returned to form with one of his dressage high knees manoeuvres alongside MacKenzie South running a wonderful line through a struggling defense.
Also of note was the welcome return of Ollie Choules from the bench to add his flair and strength to the Chiltern back line.
The double done and a welcome return to Weedon Lane with smiles all round.
