This is an exciting opportunity to help shape something special. We’re building a strong, committed and supportive Women’s squad — and we want a coach who is enthusiastic about developing players, building culture and growing the female game.

What we’re looking for:

Experience coaching women’s or girls’ rugby

A desire to grow and develop the women’s game

Someone who wants to be part of a new and ambitious section

Availability to lead Wednesday night training (with support where needed)

Involvement in Sunday matchdays

Willingness to contribute to the long-term growth strategy for female rugby at A&C
