All four teams played brilliantly at the Marlow festival this weekend. The weather was kind and the pitches were superbly marked out - and surprisingly dry given the time of year.

As we've come to expect there was some superb tagging, fantastic teamwork and awesome try scoring. Owing to a mix up in the draw two of our teams ended up playing against each other, which they did with a little healthy rivalry but ultimately great sportsmanship.

The shiny new tent got its first dose of mud but was very much appreciated for keeping kit and kids dry and warm in between matches. Some snazzy gold medals, birthday treats (thanks Sebbie R) plus a rousing rendition of "We are red..." later, everyone headed off to enjoy their weekend. With the added excitement (if you're a small boy) of having to cross an unmanned level crossing to get back to the car!

No training next weekend (1st April) as its Easter. See you all at the club for training on 8th April at the usual time.
