U13's had a regular training session last Sunday in preparation for our first away fixture versus Marlow this Sunday. Matt Allen was on hand for the first part of Sunday's session to put the boys through the paces on how to manage the breakdown area, both on attack and defense. The Backs then broke off with our attack coaches to work on our attacking patterns, whilst Matt did specific skills work with our Forwards on scrummaging.

The session finished with a full blooded match between 2 mixed sides, where we saw some great attacking shape from both sides, and also improved work from the boys at the breakdown. Hopefully the lessons carry on to the weekend when we travel to Marlow for our first informal league fixture.
