Whether you're a player, parent, volunteer, supporter or visitor, thank you for being part of the club. It's a busy, positive time, and I'm delighted to share some highlights.

A FABULOUS START FOR THE 1ST AND 2ND XV
Both teams have made a superb start to the season. The commitment in training, the team spirit and the quality on the pitch have all been fantastic. Well done to the players, coaches and managers, and thank you to everyone who has travelled to support the teams.

Top Try Scorers for the 1st XV and ones to look out for today are Sammy Sinclair and Conor Segre. Also look out for Sam Lunnon who along with our departing Scottish hero, Andrew Toole, make up the Player of the Month nominations for September.

AN AMAZING MINIS FESTIVAL
Last weekend's Minis Festival was a brilliant occasion. Ash Grove was full of energy, smiles and young players enjoying their rugby. Huge thanks to our coaches, parents and every volunteer who helped it run so smoothly.

WORKFORCE DAY: A GREAT SUCCESS
Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves. A great turnout got a huge amount done around the club, and it's a perfect example of what we can achieve when members pull together.

FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS: ON PLAN FOR NOVEMBER
Planning is on track, with work due to start in November. There may be some disruption along the way, and we'll keep everyone informed as the programme progresses.

VOLUNTEERING IS GROWING
Volunteering across the club is increasing and making a real difference, from match days to the Minis and the clubhouse. If you've been thinking about getting involved, please speak to any committee member. There's a role for everyone, whatever time you can offer.

WORKING FROM THE CLUBHOUSE: ARE YOU INTERESTED?
We're keen to gauge interest in members using the clubhouse as a place to work from during the day. If you'd value a friendly space with a coffee close to hand, please reply to this email or speak to a committee member.

EXCITING NEWS: THE ROB MAXEY STAND
I'm thrilled to announce that the Rob Maxey Stand will be in place for our home game against Beaconsfield in December. It will provide 75 seats, including 5 wheelchair bays, making Ash Grove more comfortable and more accessible for everyone who loves watching rugby here.

Thank you for your continued support. Enjoy the game, and let's get behind the lads today.

Best wishes,

Andy Saunders
Chairman
