Amersham & Chiltern RFC is inviting players, parents, alumni, and supporters to help shape the club’s future look.

This is your chance to design the 2026–27 Senior Away Shirt that will also
double as the Juniors and Minis end of season 2026–27 Tour Kit — kits that will be worn with pride across the country and beyond.

Whether you’re a budding designer, a creative player, a lifelong club member, or simply someone with a bold idea, we want to see your vision.

What You Need to Design
Participants may submit designs that should be appropriate for both categories:
1. Senior Away Team Shirt for the 2026–27 Season
• Must incorporate club colours of claret and white in a fresh, modern way
• Should be distinct from the home kit but adds another colour than claret and white
• Must be suitable for senior men and women, minis and youth teams
• Space should be considered for sponsor logos
• The back will have name and squad number (up to 2 digits)

2. Junior, Mini, Senior & Women’s Tour Shirt for the 2026–27 Season
• Creative freedom encouraged but must incorporate some claret and white
• Should reflect the spirit of the club and the and the area we live in
• Can include unique motifs, patterns, or cultural references
• Must remain practical for match play

How this will work:
A design template will be provided by the club (PDF/PNG outline). You can also use the link from our kit provider that will be used to produce the shirts: Samurai / Kitlocker.
For the younger age groups, a hand coloured in shirt submission will be accepted, as we can have designs digitised.

Each age group / squad should run their own competition in Age Group and select the best design to be submitted and displayed in the club to the timeline set out below.

A balanced panel representing the club’s culture, rugby expertise, and creative eye:
Club Representatives
• Club Chair – Oversight and alignment with club identity & ensuring heritage is respected
• Director of Rugby – Practicality for performance and men player needs
• Women’s Captain – Practicality for performance and women player needs
• Youth Chair – Ensuring suitability across age groups
• Minis Chair – Ensuring suitability across age groups

Creative & Community Voices
• Samurai Graphic Designer / Kitlocker Partner – Assessing design quality and originality
• Player Representative (Senior Squad) – Fit, feel, and on-field presence
• Player Representative (Youth Section) – Appeal to younger players

Supporter Voice
• Members Vote – WhatsApp vote Counts as one seat on the judging panel
The Chairman will have the casting vote in the case of a tied vote
