James joins us from Barnes RFC who play in National League 2 and he leaves them in
rude health, and with their blessing to continue his coaching journey.

James brings extensive coaching experience, a strong development mindset, and a
passion for building highperformance environments. His appointment supports the
club’s long term strategy to modernise our rugby programme and strengthen the senior
squad.

James will begin working with the players immediately as preparations for the new
season continue.
