We are pleased to invite your Club to participate in our Mini Rugby Festival, taking place on Sunday 4th October 2026 from 9.30am to approx. 1pm.

This season’s festival will have the following format.

U7s, U8s, U9s, U10s & U11s - Blended Teams
For the U7s, U8s, U9s, U10s, U11s we ask that each team entered is a blend of mixed ability players.
Each team should play about five matches in their pool. There will be no overall winner but each player will receive a medal for participating.

U12s – A & B Pools
For the U12s we hope to run two pools with six teams in each pool, an “A” Pool and a “B” Pool. We ask that you enter an “A” team and a “B” team.
Each team will play about five matches in their pool.
Each pool will have an overall winning team who will receive a trophy however every player participating in this age group will receive a medal.
Squad sizes and entry fees are detailed below.

We will be restricting the number of teams this year to maximise playing time for all teams - and better manage car parking.

Please confirm your attendance by completing the form online here by Sunday 6 September 2026 with full payment due at the same time.

We will restrict team entries to ensure that each team has limited waiting time between matches so please note it is first come first served so the earlier the better.

Please note that the entry fee is per age group not per player. It is fixed and allows Clubs the option to field teams up to the maximum squad size listed above.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer discounts to Clubs whose squads have fewer players.
