Hi guys,

I've got the illness that's spreading round the world at the mo, and completely feel like s#%te, so not gonna be at training tonight. Hopefully be better by Thursday tho.

Training on a tuesday night will vary between indoors and out depending on weather, what Josh and I want to cover, attendance overall, and team/unit wise.

The best thing to do is pack your bag with both sets of kit and look for the lights on the pitch as you turn up.
