and whilst imploring everyone else to attend I must apologise for missing my first training session of the season as my wife is becoming a member of the royal college of physicians tomorrow evening and if I dont go I wont get laid for the rest of the year. |

Rubbish excuse Dan!!! Come on boys, lets get down, lets get dirty and cold, but lets get some spirit up before the next 2 games which could make or break our season. If we beat Slough and Newbury, we've got a hell of a chance of staying up....if we lose both, we're down....no 2 ways about it. Lets get to the club early tonight, and out on the paddock for 7.30 latest....no fuking around. |

Matt Allen will be helping run the forward session lads. Please give him and Dave and Simmo every support. I am sure with the right spirit we can make it. The whole club from the under 6`s to the vets is behind you. |

Will be up but no contact for me!! Wrist is still broken. |

This will be my first contact session in a very long time. Turkish, join in so I can smash you. Everyone else, your cards are marked - virtually two seasons on the side line has left me bitter and twisted. Let's finish with a game of me versus all of you. |

What did you think of the session lads?. It seemed the forwards were doing well in the monsoon conditions on the scrum machine with the backs nice and warm in the changing room. Decent turn out. Look forward to more on Thursday |

A Good session i felt and very enjoyable. People now actually want to come training and give their all. Good to dop some work in our weak areas i.e. the scrum. Lets keep this up. |
