Hope you all enjoyed Sunday's sub-zero session. The minis' field certainly seems to be exposed to the wind but just think of how character building it is for our rugby stars of the future (and I don't mean the coaching team!) Welcome to some new players this week; William, Sung-Eui and Rory. It isn't always that cold, honestly!

This week's drills and skills focused on evasive running and running into space. This is a vital skill for backs and forwards even though forwards normally prefer safety in numbers and tend to run into people not spaces. Our players of the week were the impressive Tate, Charlie and Lincoln. For once our medal winners look happy but I'm not sure of their grins are as a result of happiness or cold induced rictus!
