Mini Tournament - 14th October 2007
On Sunday 14th October, Amersham & Chiltern RFC hosts the 34th Annual Mini Rugby Tournament. Players, Parents and spectators are all very welcome.The Tournament starts at 10.30 and should finish at around 15.00. We would like to draw the following information to the attention of participants:
Parking: There will be a lot of cars to park on the day, and we endeavour to keep our neighbours "on-side" by coning off certain areas on the roads adjacent to the Club. Could you please ask parents to follow the marshals instructions, and park with consideration.
Tournament Rules: As per the Continuum
Team registration: 09.30 -10.00 at the relevant Age Group Control tent.
Referees Briefing: 10.00 at Main Control Tent located by the Clubhouse
Squad Sizes:
Under 7: 10
Under 8: 10 for both A and B. Total 20
Under 9: 15 for both A and B. Total 30
Under 10: 15 for both A and B. Total 30
Under 11: 18 for both A and B. Total 36
Under 12: 18 for both A and B. Total 36
Photography: Please register any cameras at an Age Group Control tent or at the Main Control Tent.
Raffle: This year we have some excellent raffle prizes, including a new bicycle, a garden redesign, a Wasps shirt signed by their entire squad, a rugby ball signed by Josh Lewsey. Raffle tickets will be available at all Age Group Tents and the Main Control Tent. The draw will take place at 13.30 at the Main Control Tent.
Registering with Land Rover: If you register with the lead sponsor of the Tournament, Land Rover, you will be entered into a draw to win a free coaching clinic with two of our
Heineken Cup at the Club: London Wasps have kindly agreed to bring both the Heineken Cup to the Club and their Mascot "Sting" to the Tournament.
