Amersham and Chiltern u15A's 15 v 15 Colchester

After many calls for a competitive match to test our A team we were not to be disappointed by the visit from Colchester RFC u 15's who started the match with crisp precision and positivity that rather took our boys by surprise and required some shaking off of the Christmas and New Year cobwebs.  A finely balanced match with Colchester looking very strong and Chiltern taking all of their strength and skill to contain.  Strictly managed by the ref, the match featured two sin bins which added to the drama and a couple of serious knocks (best wishes to Oli Oakley) which proved the physicality of the match.  A Draw was the final result and I think Chiltern will be satisfied to bank that.
